A product, only by constantly upgrade, can customers have a better user experience.
According to user feedback and the introduction of new technologies, we upgraded the extended arm(rotating arm or horizontal arm) of the ceiling operating light.
There are two main changes.
Firstly, from the appearance, we designed a chamfer on the end of the extended arm.
The previous extended arm of the operating light is not chamfered.
What is chamfering? It refers to the processing of cutting the corners of the workpiece into a certain bevel.
By adding chamfer design, we can not only avoid the burrs caused by machining, but also increase the convenience of installation. Because the new extended arm can be directly connected with the spring arm, no extension rod is required.
Secondly, from the perspective of product structure, we upgraded the internal conductive ring.
In the past, the conductive column and the conductive ring had a spring inside, and the spring force ensured the reliable connection of the contact point.
But because of the particularity of the brass material, as time goes by, it will be oxidized due to current or improper use, causing the spring to fail to work and occasionally poor contact.
Now we have adopted new technologies and new materials, which not only increase the contact area, but also prolong its service life, effectively improving the failure rate of poor contact.
Regarding the connection and material of the extended arm, we also provide flexible options
In connection with the spring arm, we currently have two options. The standard configuration does not have a connecting rod, which is more convenient for customers to install independently.
But if the customer's floor height is particularly high, we can also consider adding connecting rods.
And the extended arm of operating light are available in two materials, aluminum arms and iron arms, to meet the budget needs of different customers.
